Following the responses to the six week consultation ending last December, the plan was revised and has now been submitted to Daventry District Council along with details of all the consultations with parishioners and any actions taken as a result.
DDC opened a further six week consultation period when any interested parties could again comment. This ran from Monday 9th April to Friday 25th May 2018.
The plan and all comments will be passed to an independent examiner appointed by DDC and agreed by Badby Parish Council. It is hoped to appoint the inspector in mid July and for the inspection to be carried out in September. The independent examiner can recommend that the plan proceeds direct to a referendum (i.e. it meets all the legal requirements) or may suggest that modifications are needed to the plan before it proceeds to referendum or that it should not proceed to referendum.
