Following the responses to the six week consultation ending last December, the plan has been revised and has now been submitted to Daventry District Council along with details of all the consultations with parishioners and any actions taken as a result.
DDC will now open a further six week consultation period when any interested parties can again comment. This will run from Monday 9th April to Friday 25th May.
Following that, the plan and comments will be passed to an independent inspector appointed by DDC and agreed by Badby Parish Council. The independent examiner can recommend that the plan proceeds direct to a referendum (i.e. it meets all the legal requirements) or may suggest that modifications are needed to the plan before it proceeds to referendum or that it should not proceed to referendum.
