How does this relate to the Parish Council?

The parish council is the “relevant body” which applied for Badby to become a designated Neighbourhood Area, however the production of the neighbour Plan is a job for the community as a whole.

Within Badby Parish a separate body, which any parishioner is welcome to join/attend has been mandated to produce the plan. The vast majority of people in that group are not parish councillors. The Parish Council will be updated on the developing plan and may be asked to initiate actions which only it has the authority to do.
