Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health, ideal for any age or level of fitness as its gentle. Aids mobility, balance, strength and concentration. Good for arthritis and falls prevention.

Classes are weekly for one hour.

Wednesday – Farthingstone Village Hall 10:00am
Wednesday – Eleanore House, Northampton 2:00pm (not August)
Thursday – Badby Village Hall 9:45 – 10:45am
Friday – Daventry Methodist Church 11:00am ( not August)
Friday – Flore Millenium Hall 3:00pm
