The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for all parishioners to meet, to hear about what has been happening and to debate issues which matter to them. The Chairman of Badby Parish Council calls the meeting and generally makes an introductory welcome before handing over the evening to District Council, County Council and the many community organisations within Badby. In recent year, the format of this meeting has been changed to make it more of a social event with free refreshments and each of the organisations attending being given an area in the village hall where everyone is welcome to go along and speak to them. All residents in the village are invited to attend.
The Annual Parish Meeting must be held between 1st March and 1st June. The date of the 2020 Annual Parish Meeting will be agreed at the Parish Council meeting on 9th March and notice published on this web page.
