Daventry Neighbourhood Team are informing the public that there has been a number of purse thefts in Daventry town in recent weeks.
Please can we remind people to be vigilant when shopping, keeping handbags closed and on your person at all times and where possible bags to be worn across your body. When shopping we can be distracted very easily with looking at all the wonderful things to buy on the shelf or just chatting. If you notice an open bag or if someone has their bag on the trolley please help us by warning them of the risks.
