This message is for the attention of unpaid carers in Northamptonshire, who are classified as essential workers and therefore qualify for prioritised COVID-19 testing.
We have been asked to send out the following information by Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust – we apologise for the short notice, but this information has only just come in.
COVID-19 testing availability for key workers – Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 May 2020
A temporary drive-through COVID-19 testing facility for key workers is open at St Andrew’s Hospital, Northampton, today and tomorrow (Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 May).
If you have symptoms of coronavirus (new, continuous cough or high temperature) you can book an appointment at the facility by registering for a test on the Gov.UK website.
You will need to bring:

• A smartphone
The testing site is located in the southern car park of the St Andrew’s Hospital site, accessed from Cliftonville Road opposite the Wollaston BMW showroom (NN1 5SZ).
