What’s On in Badby 2020 –

We are planning a full calendar of events to bring people together, to celebrate the community in Badby and to raise much-needed funds for St Mary’s Church.

We’d love to see you and we’d be very happy to have your help.

Here are the upcoming dates for your diary:

  • Lent soup lunches – see separate item

  • Coffee mornings – see separate item

  • Tea and Meet – see separate item

  • The ‘By George Quiz’ with hot supper and bar – on Friday, April 24 at the village hall, £12 per person tickets in advance only – teams of up to eight. Don’t worry if you’re on your own or can’t make a team, we can link you up with others.

  • Big breakfast to commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE Day – from 9:30am until 11am on Sunday, May 10, in St Mary’s Church, followed by an informal celebration service. Single and family tickets for breakfast, with early bird discount.

  • Afternoon tea in the church, part of Open Gardens on Sunday, May 17.

  • Badby Fayre on Sunday, September 6 – we’re looking for ideas and people to get involved, please ring Jim on 07717 414664 or email badbyfayre2020@btinternet.com or check out our Facebook page.
