Council officers can’t be everywhere at all times, so we rely on local residents and parish councillors to keep us informed on what is going on in the District, so that we can take appropriate action.
It is easy to report issues of concern via our new look website, which has recently been revised to make it easier to access via telephones and tablets as well as personal computers and laptops.
We’re particularly keen to hear about any fly tipping – especially if local residents have seen the culprits. We’ve had some success lately prosecuting perpetrators, which all helps deter others from doing the same.
You can use online reporting via our website at any time, or email customercare@daventrydc.gov.uk, or telephone our switchboard Monday to Friday to tell us about any environmental crime, neighbour nuisance, full litter bins, antisocial behaviour, overgrown hedges and all sorts of other issues. You can also report any problems that may need more of a multi-agency approach for resolution such as problem parking.
