The Annual Parish Meeting is the opportunity for all parishioners to meet, to hear about what has been happening and to debate issues that matter to them. As last year, the Parish Council is making the Meeting into a village social event, and invites everyone to attend. Refreshments will be served, free of charge.
As well as Parish, District and County Councillors, village organisations will be attending, each with a table where they can display and talk about what they have been doing.
Come and discuss village life and issues with them and other residents. Parish Councillors will be on hand to discuss your views on any subject you wish to raise. In particular, we will be looking for comments on what might be done around the area where the horse chestnut tree is being removed from The Green, the Neighbourhood Plan, parking and how we might celebrate the 90th birthday of Her Majesty the Queen this year.
We very much look forward to welcoming you all.
