Bells for VE Day + 70

As requested by the former Leader of the House of Commons of the Archbishop of Canterbury, arrangements were made for church bells throughout the country to be rung to mark the 70th anniversary of VE Day, just as they were on the day itself 70 years ago.  A quarter peal consisting of 1,260 changes of Plain Bob Minor was rung on Friday, May 8 evening on Badby bells.  Click here for full details.
