Churchyard – Volunteers will be welcome to help with the Autumn tidy-up of the churchyard on Friday from 10am. Please bring your own tools and gloves. Refreshment will be provided.
Tea and Meet – On Friday, 2-3.30pm in the village hall, there will be seasonal treats and favourite cakes. All welcome for tea and chat.
Bells – The Faraday Guild of Bellringers will be ringing our bells on Saturday from 6.30pm to 7.15pm during their outing.
Church services – Sunday, 10am, Harvest service with donations for Daventry Food Bank, led by Janet Emery and Pat Paine at the United Reformed Church; 11am, Holy Communion led by the Rev Sue Faulkner at St Mary’s Church.
Recorded Music Society – Members meet on Wednesday (Oct 8) in the village hall at 7.30pm when Ann Squire presents a programme of her favourite music – These I have Loved …and still do! The Society welcomes anyone who enjoys listening to recorded music in congenial company on the second Wednesday of each month from September to July.
