Members of the Daventry Branch of the Peterborough Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers rang a quarter peal (1260 changes) on Badby bells in 46 minutes starting at 3pm on Friday, August 1. This was one of a series of monthly quarter peals rung around the area with the aim of providing support to enable one member at a time to make more progress with a ‘strong’ team. This time it was for Peter Wilkins of Bugbrooke.
